This quality two piece costume shimmers from head to toe. The bodice is made from flesh colored stretch lycra with a purple sequin bra. The skirt has an elastic waistband and ruffled bottom to give the illusion of fins. It is made of stretch sequin and China Silk. Butterfly hair piece not included.
