Weekly Weigh In #1
It's been a week since my last weight loss post.
I haven't work out as much as I planned (only 4 out of the 7 days).
I ate oatmeal (4 out of the 7 days also)
My total weight loss -----------ZERO. I'm still 116 lbs.
I'm not that dissappointed. I do feel great and I think maybe I need to lay off of the fried food.
This week I will try to do everything I did last week PLUS the toxin out and colonix.

How much weight do you want to lose at 116lbs? I bet you look awsome! But the reason why I ask is because after I had my 1st son I lost most of weight except like 10 lbs that did not want to come off adn I tried everything, i mean everything!! One day my Dad came to Las Veags to visit me and he was on the SOUTH BEACH DIET, I was like "Dad your so weird and funny always trying to be hip", but then i thought there is something I have not tried... So I bought the book at Target ($6) and I was hooked!!! Not only did I end up losing the 10 lbs, I lost another 10 and looked even better than I did before I was pregnant. The best part of it was I kept it off, and it was easy.. So that is my suggestion....
